Come to Your Senses

Tanmatra Chikitsa, by utilizing the five senses and sensory pathways in nervous system, helps awaken the inner pharmacy and create therapeutic influences in the body and mind. Learn how impressions such as sound, touch, images, food, and aromas either stress the five senses and nervous system; or how they restore balance to body, mind, and nervous system. Harmony between the external world and ourselves is maintained by becoming more aware of what we are allowing in through our doorways of perception.

Chai O'Clock

BREW. STEEP. SIP.

The simple, sacred process of making and enjoying tea is similar to the process of living a life steeped in clarity, ease, and peace.

Join me for a weekly teatime wellness and meditation break. Every Wednesday, Chai O’Clock begins at 3:30p EDT. A 45-minute pause where, unhinged from tasks and to-dos, stillness time warps you into space of possibility. In Ayurveda, this space is Purusha - the supreme, unmanifested space of pure divine unlimited creative potential.

Experience how the simple ritual of making and enjoying afternoon tea supports nervous system health and immunity balance.

In cozy comfort of your home. Nested in favorite chair or meditation cushion. Holding your favorite teacup or Libre bottle infuser. Gathering with longterm friends. Meeting new friends. Teatime is ancient gathering place, where Souls meet in heart space.

Enjoy a cup of tea and learn to infuse more ease and joy in your daily routine.

Welcome to a weekly adventure of learning to infuse your life with more wellbeing and creative potential, by weaving the tea making process into daily self-care rituals. Each week’s teatime includes:

  1. BREW. The Tea. Before our gathering, brew your favorite cup of tea. For monthly subscribers, I’ll share the weekly tea recipe before Chai O’Clock. Snacks encouraged. Once a month, I’ll share some of my favorite Ayurvedic snacks.

  2. STEEP. The Pause. A 10-minute guided meditation, using simple stretches, an easy breathing practice, and rejuvenating Ayurvedic stress-relief treatment. Taking time to steep in a self-care moment infuses wellness into your body and mind.

  3. SIP. The Lifestyle Tips. From my 24-years of experience weaving Ayurvedic holistic lifestyle rituals into my daily routine, and sharing them with thousands of clients. You’ll learn easy, effective, and enjoyable holistic wellness tips to weave into your daily routine.

Chai O’Clock.

A virtual, teatime meditation break brewing up Ayurvedic wellness tips and creative magic. Each Wednesday from 3:30-4:15 pm EDT. It’s the perfect time to pause, and steep in possibility.

Breathe & Relieve

Breathe & Relieve

Breathe & Relieve

Calm down stress. Rev up creativity.

A weekly breathing + meditation class to introduce you to the benefits of a regular breathing practice. Begin to lower stress in body and mind, and generate more potent, effective creative energy to imagine, create, finish, and share your projects. This class is for anyone who has felt a creative rut or battled procrASStination and is seeking a more effective, easy way to enjoy sustained creative success,

Besides increased creative function, you will begin to notice improvements in immunity, digestive health, sleep quality, hormonal balance, mental clarity, athletic performance, and overall groove of ease and joy. Weaving Ayurvedic breathing practices and acupressure points, I will teach you three breaths, then lead a five minute meditation practice.

Twenty minutes daily creates lifetime benefits.

“20 is Plenty and 8 is Great.” My self-care motto regrading daily breathing practice. It’s an effective model to successfully weave daily breathing practice into your life. Shorter periods of breathing and meditation done consistently are more effective than 1-2 longer sessions a week.

My Tuesday weekly classes are 20 minutes, plenty of time (and value) to support your work productivity and kindle creative fire. It’s an easy routine and you get access to PDF downloads of each breathing practice, in order (and holy chaos) to launch your home routine.

Classes are 11:00 - 11:20 am ET every Wednesday

Although I recommend weaving the 20 minute practice into your daily routine, I understand how we all have moments when we feel we are lean on time or motivation. In these moments, less IS More. It’s more important to do a little less, than nothing at all. So, the 20 minute practice can be easily edited by doing just one of the breathing practices plus a 4 minute meditation.

During my certification for Ayurvedic Practitioner and Holistic Lifestyle Consultant, I learned (in-person) ancient Ayurvedic pranayamas from Dr. Vasant Lad of The Ayurvedic Institute. I have 750 hours in-person hours with him, and love sharing healing breathing routines with others.

Please send payment before class begins. $5 via Venmo link below.
