Chai O'Clock

BREW. STEEP. SIP.

The simple, sacred process of making and enjoying tea is similar to the process of living a life steeped in clarity, ease, and peace.

Join me for a weekly teatime wellness and meditation break. Every Wednesday, Chai O’Clock begins at 3:30p EDT. A 45-minute pause where, unhinged from tasks and to-dos, stillness time warps you into space of possibility. In Ayurveda, this space is Purusha - the supreme, unmanifested space of pure divine unlimited creative potential.

Experience how the simple ritual of making and enjoying afternoon tea supports nervous system health and immunity balance.

In cozy comfort of your home. Nested in favorite chair or meditation cushion. Holding your favorite teacup or Libre bottle infuser. Gathering with longterm friends. Meeting new friends. Teatime is ancient gathering place, where Souls meet in heart space.

Enjoy a cup of tea and learn to infuse more ease and joy in your daily routine.

Welcome to a weekly adventure of learning to infuse your life with more wellbeing and creative potential, by weaving the tea making process into daily self-care rituals. Each week’s teatime includes:

  1. BREW. The Tea. Before our gathering, brew your favorite cup of tea. For monthly subscribers, I’ll share the weekly tea recipe before Chai O’Clock. Snacks encouraged. Once a month, I’ll share some of my favorite Ayurvedic snacks.

  2. STEEP. The Pause. A 10-minute guided meditation, using simple stretches, an easy breathing practice, and rejuvenating Ayurvedic stress-relief treatment. Taking time to steep in a self-care moment infuses wellness into your body and mind.

  3. SIP. The Lifestyle Tips. From my 24-years of experience weaving Ayurvedic holistic lifestyle rituals into my daily routine, and sharing them with thousands of clients. You’ll learn easy, effective, and enjoyable holistic wellness tips to weave into your daily routine.

Chai O’Clock.

A virtual, teatime meditation break brewing up Ayurvedic wellness tips and creative magic. Each Wednesday from 3:30-4:15 pm EDT. It’s the perfect time to pause, and steep in possibility.
