Energetic Hemorrhoids Relief

Energetic Hemorrhoid Remedies and Digestive Tips

Support smooth movement and well-Being in your emotional and physical body.

Stuck in old emotional patterns? Pestered by co-worker’s comments? Ignoring feelings? Triggered by family dynamics? Exhausted from energetic fisticuffs and mental malarkey?

Energetic hemorrhoids, similar to their distant cousins that show up in physical body, create inflammation and discomfort in your subtle body- the nervous system.

According to Ayurveda, suppressing any natural tendency in body or mind, causes discomfort and affects optimal functioning in vital organs. And, in the vital systems- cardiac, respiratory, digestive, and most subtle system – the nervous system. The level of well-Being in nervous system is directly related to how one digests and releases daily thoughts and emotions.

Suppressed emotions or old negative thought patterns become stuck in brain’s neural pathways, causing stress in nervous system. There are about 45 miles of nerves in the body.  Negative thoughts create stressful emotional patterns and disrupt digestion, heart function, sleep, focus, creativity, communication style, productivity, and relationships.

Understanding one’s proclivity to certain stress triggers creates awareness and provides tools for change. If you want to know your unique Ayurveda body-mind type, schedule consult here

Functions and Stress Alert for Ayurveda body-mind type:

Vata: Air element. Governs movement in body and mind.
Stress Alert: Fearful thought loops. Obsessive worry. Doubt detouring creative energy.

Pitta: Fire element. Transformation of food, thoughts, emotions.
Stress Alert: Impatience. Short fuse and sharp criticism. Perfection blocking creative flow.

Kapha: Earth element. Provides stability and supports immunity.
Stress Alert: Ignoring emotions. Cloudy mind stagnating creativity.

Over past few years, on macro level, there’s been unprecedented change and loss. Ayurveda’s holistic approach and focus on daily self-care routines helps one become more aware of emotions during stressful moments. And, provides easy, effective and enjoyable tools and treatments to smoothly process emotions and avoid stress meltdowns.

Changing mental & emotional patterns is simple as E=mc2.

Modern science proved what Ayurveda discovered 5000 years ago: Energy follows thought, and thought creates biology.

Mental and emotional energy, just like your car’s electrical system, needs to circulate. When thoughts and emotions smoothly flow, the body’s vital organs and systems do too. Relating emotional well-Being to theory of relativity, energy created by emotions needs to move in order (and holy chaos) to be fully integrated, digested, and released. Or else it will stagnate in both the subtle and physical channels of your body. Unprocessed and suppressed emotions create toxic sludge in nervous system and vital organs.

Per Ayurvedic psychology, unprocessed worry weighs on heart. Fear affects kidneys. Nervousness upsets stomach. Anger heats liver. And suppressed grief drowns lungs.

The quality of your thoughts creates mental energy and relates to functioning of emotional body. Thoughts and emotions also affect quality of one’s daily experiences at work, grocery store, driving car, and in all relationships. Including relationship with oneself.

Create energetic shifts to avert emotional rifts

Daily self-care routines and stress release rituals support nervous system well-Being, improve overall health, and foster more peaceful relationships. Just as digestive health supports physical body, emotional health supports subtle body. Note: I’m teaching virtual course, “Kindle Digestive Fire” through North Central Michigan College. Stress Relief for Positive Thoughts and Emotions:

1. Invest at least 15 minutes daily in nature. Walk on forest trails or neighborhood sidewalks. Leave phone on airplane mode. Instead listen for birds. Look for tree buds and bulbs blooming. At end of walk, crossing threshold into your home, pause and place hands at heart center. Scan mind and body for any negative thought patterns. Exhale and release negative thought. Imagine it leaving body. Inhale and silently say a word with opposite meaning and vibration of negative stress thought. Notice emotional feeling the word invokes, and welcome that energy into your home.

2. Do Ayurvedic breathing practice (pranayama), like Bellows Breath, at first warning bell of emotional stress. Pranayama is vacuum cleaner of emotions. A consistent breathing practice begins to rewire nervous system to ease, and creates new neural pathways. Your mind starts tuning in to higher, positive frequency, creating an energetic shift that averts emotional rifts. Click here for PDF of Bellows Breath.
