Through a gentle poolside yoga flow,  Ayurvedic breathing techniques, acupressure & aromatherapy, and a fun, nautical creative adventure, you'll receive stress relief tips to weather life's storms. 


I'll share my favorite holistic wellness techniques to help you tuck into moments of self-care in order (and holy chaos) to more easily and effectively dead reckon to goals and dreams. I want each person to go home, equipped with tips to create an easy, effective, and enJOYable 10-minute self-care routine. So you know how to create a Fair Havens moment to release physical stress, and reorient your mind to a course of calm, clarity, and creative potential.
