Welcome to my virtual version of a speakeasy. Breath meditations and healthy libations.

Mixing together my loves of Ayurveda and elixirs, I’m serving up a happy hour and easy DIY recipes to support digestion and immunity.

Each month I share a “Kellen Crafted” mocktail. Recipes created from Ayurvedic food and herb principles and festive whimsy fun. Learn easy recipes, based on current season, for healthy teas, tonics, and elixirs. Experience a short Ayurvedic breathing practice and guided meditation to help you relax. Then enjoy inspiring social time while sipping your mocktail.

 MEDITATION & MOCKTAILS: 

  • First, mix yoga-ish stretches, relaxing breath and contemplative meditation for 15 minutes

  • Then, discover my twist for making Ayurvedic teas & tonics

  • Add shot of immunity and stress-relief self-care tips

  • Serve up with friends, connecting with commUNITY

Mix the above into a fun hour with community, in the coziness of favorite lounge chair or hammock. Garnish with seasonal fruit, garden veggie, or fresh herbs that are both FESTIVE & DIGESTIVE. Paper umbrellas encouraged.
