Abundance Thought Meditation

In Ayurveda, the word purusha refers to the Universal space of creative potential. This breath meditation supports wellbeing in both brain (organ) and mind (brain and nervous system’s functioning). Scarcity mindset constricts and restricts creative potential.

Practicing Abundance Thought Meditation (ATM) releases scarcity thoughts and rewires mental energy into positive mental thoughts. Thus, it becomes easier to reconnect mind’s creative potential to purusha power. Purusha is Source of unlimited pure divine creative potential that is available to ALL and EVERYone.

An ATM machine is the conduit between your check or money being transmitted into your bank’s savings account. Abundance Thought Meditation (ATM) is the conduit where your thoughts transmit, create and deposit abundance into all aspects of your life.

Science now proves what ancient, holistic wellbeing systems have known for thousands of years. Energy follows thought, and thought creates biology. With your physical and mental energy relocated into state of ease and possibility, have fun changing scarcity thoughts into abundant thoughts.

Abundance Thought Meditation:

1. At first warning bell of mind entering Scare City, pause and reroute your mental direction. This easy, effective breath meditation will help you relocate thoughts and  helps create new neural pathways.

2. Start with changing your physical location. If you’re at work, step away from desk for 5 minutes. Or, close eyes and imagine sitting at favorite nature spot. If home, nest in favorite nook in house or yard. Sit on comfy pillow or on soft grass. Use wall or tree to support back. A cozy physical location helps body relax, thus calming mind too.

3. Do 2-3 rounds of Bellows Breath. Click to learn and download PDF. Bellows breath supports positive mental attitude. Shoulder tension also begins to release. Daily pranayama practice helps relocate mind’s thoughts when they begin to migrate in to Scare City.

4. After bellows breath, keep eyes closed. Notice support of ground. Adjust seated position to feel more comfortable. Adjusting body to feel better, helps you create new mental space where thoughts feel better.

5. Allow breath to slow, deepen, and lengthen. Notice how expansion naturally occurs in body, lungs, and mind. Visualize your creative, career, financial, social, and health becoming more abundant.

6. Visual affirmation:

On exhalations, clear mind of negative thoughts like fear, jealousy, and scarcity. Visualize them going into shredder machine or burning in campfire. Or any other image that comes to mind, and helps you clear mind. One of my clients imagined scarcity thoughts becoming disappearing ink.

On inhalations, imagine making energetic deposits of confidence, money, clients, new job, pay raise, etc. into current situation where you desire abundance.

Continue for 5-10 minutes.
