Tricks & Treats...Ayurveda & Yoga


As part of this special health and wellness yoga series in October, I am teaching an Ayurveda Yoga flow class at lululemon. Join me for some Yoga tricks and Ayurvedic treats.
The flow yoga session includes heart opening and grounding poses to welcome the new fall season. Like the trees in fall, shed what's no longer necessary and root into the sacred space of self-nourishment.  I'll also share a breathing technique to stoke your digestive fire and clear the mind of stress goblins. 

Session concludes with a five Ayurveda self-care tricks and treats for a fit and fabulous fall. Perhaps even a tootsie roll.
