Knowing and understanding your unique body-mind type is an empowering way to take care of your health, improve well-being, and support ease, vitality, and longevity.

For those curious about Ayurveda basics, this consult explains Ayurveda’s holistic system of health and vitality.

Ayurveda groups the five elements (space, air, fire, water, earth) into three doshas - vata, pitta and kapha. One is predominant in either one or two doshas and this is called ones, “constitution”. In this consult, I determine your personal constitution and explain how that dosha(s) manifest and affect your body and mind.

I explain how your primary dosha is best supported through foods and lifestyle, as well as how the dosha is prone to imbalance. Easy and effective yoga, nutrition, breathing practices, and self-care tips are shared to support your primary dosha.

This is excellent prelude to an Ayurveda Wellness Consultations.
